PrIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HELLY MARIE PHOTOGRAPHY

This competition is run by Helly Marie Photography.

Competition Date & Location
Entries for this competition will be collected at Floral Hall, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent on Sunday 29th March 2026.

How to Enter
Entries must be submitted via the official Microsoft Forms entry form provided at the event. Only one entry per couple is permitted.

Eligibility
The competition is open to couples aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested from the winner.

Prize
The winner will receive one complimentary engagement photography session with Helly Marie Photography.

The prize includes:

• A scheduled engagement photoshoot at an agreed location 
• A small selection of edited digital images 

The prize:

• Has no cash alternative 
• Is non-transferable 
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of the competition date unless otherwise agreed. 

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the event.

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

Photography Session Terms
The engagement shoot must be booked at a mutually agreed date and location. Travel beyond a reasonable distance from Stoke-on-Trent may incur additional costs, which will be discussed before booking.

Standard Helly Marie Photography session terms will apply to the photoshoot.

By entering the competition, participants will be asked to provide basic contact details (such as name and email address) through Microsoft Forms.

Helly Marie Photography will only collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

• Administering the competition 
• Contacting the winner 
• Communicating about photography services only where explicit consent has been given 

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Participants will be asked to provide express permission within the entry form if they are happy for their information to be retained for future communication.

Personal data:

• Will not be sold 
• Will not be shared with third parties 
• Will be stored securely 

Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting Helly Marie Photography.

Helly Marie Photography reserves the right to:

• Cancel or amend the competition where necessary 
• Disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms
