1. How to Enter
Entry is free.
To enter, participants must provide their name and a contact method (email or phone).
One entry per person.
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Staff and immediate family members of Helly Marie Photography are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize Details
The prize is one photography session at the Helly Marie Photography studio in Cannock.
The prize DOES NOT include newborn sessions. The prize includes a 30 minute photoshoot and 5 digital images. Images will be under 1000kb in size. The winner can choose from:
Family portrait - up to 4 people
Pet portrait - Well-behaved dogs only
Children's portrait
Couple shoot
Headshot
School Photograph
The prize must be redeemed by 31st March 2026.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. Opening & Closing Times
Entries open at 3:00pm on 12th December 2025.
Entries close at 6:00pm on 12th December 2025.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place within 48 hours of the event ending.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided on their entry.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to draw a new winner.

Details will not be shared With third parties.
Data will be deleted within 30 days of the prize being claimed
